  1. This is a simple NameServer for AmiTCP v2.x.
  2. Why?
  3. Because we were tired of continously updating our hosts files on all our
  4. connected amigas.
  5. Only the A records (those are the address records) are used everything else is
  6. ignored.
  7. To prevent named from expanding the host name add a point after the name
  8. (as if you didn't know that already).
  9. Take a good look at the sample named.hosts file.
